DECLARACIÓN DE LA OSPAAAL EN SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO HERMANO DE PALESTINA
La Organización de Solidaridad de los Pueblos de Africa, Asia y América Latina (OSPAAAL) denuncia en los términos más enérgicos que la población palestina indefensa en la Franja de Gaza sufre una nueva y criminal masacre sionista.
El ejército israelí ha asesinado a tiros a más de medio centenar de palestinos y herido a cerca de tres mil, entre quienes se encuentran ancianos, niños, mujeres, socorristas y hasta periodistas que daban cobertura a las manifestaciones masivas y pacíficas mediante las cuales ese pueblo heroico recordaba los 70 años del Día de Al Nakba, la catástrofe nacional que produjo la creación del Estado de Israel, el 14 de mayo de 1948, al ensangrentar Palestina y provocar el exilio forzoso del suelo patrio a 750 000 de sus hijos e hijas, devenidos por la brutalidad de la fuerza en víctimas de una tragedia humanitaria que perdura, sin solución, hasta hoy, la tragedia de sus refugiados.
“Coincidentemente”, en evidente gesto de toda la prepotencia y burla al Derecho Internacional que caracterizan su desempeño, la administración norteamericana de Donald Trump escogió el aniversario de Al Nakba para consumar la decisión unilateral, anunciada el 6 de diciembre de 2017, de trasladar su embajada a la sagrada Jerusalén, provocación inadmisible con la que Estados Unidos boicotea cualquier vestigio que pudiese quedar al maltrecho proceso de paz relativo al mal llamado conflicto israelí-palestino, que no es ni ha sido nunca un conflicto entre dos partes a las que pueda equipararse, sino una permanente guerra de agresión, usurpación geográfica, exterminio demográfico, sucesión indescriptible de crímenes, destrucción y saqueo.
Ante tal expresión de sostenida barbarie, el Secretariado Ejecutivo de la OSPAAAL subraya su más firme condena; al tiempo que manifiesta una vez más la solidaridad militante e irrestricto respaldo al justo reclamo del pueblo palestino por el derecho al retorno de los refugiados, el cese de la ocupación y el legítimo derecho a la constitución del Estado Palestino independiente en las fronteras anteriores a 1967, con Jerusalén Oriental como su capital.
Tras siete décadas de holocausto del pueblo palestino provocado por el Estado sionista de Israel, la OSPAAAL alza una sola voz tricontinental para reclamar:

EL SACRIFICIO HEROICO DE TODO UN PUEBLO, SU PERSEVERANCIA Y DIGNIDAD, VENCERÁN!

OSPAAAL STATEMENT IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE BROTHER PEOPLE OF PALESTINE
The Organization of Solidarity of the Peoples of Africa, Asia and Latin America (OSPAAAL) denounces in the strongest terms the new and criminal Zionist massacre being endured by the defenseless Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army has assassinated, shooting dead more than fifty Palestinians and wounded nearly 3,000, among them elders, children and women, life-savers and even journalists covering the mass and peaceful demonstrations with which that heroic people was recalling the 70 years of the Day of Al Nakba, the national catastrophe produced by the creation of the State of Israel on May 14, 1948, covering Palestine in blood and causing the compulsory exile of 750 000 of its sons and daughters from the territory of their fatherland. The brutality of the force employed against them has turned them into victims of the humanitarian tragedy of its refugees that extends, unsolved, up to our days.
“Coincidentally”, in an evident gesture of all the arrogance and mockery of International Law that characterize its actions, the U.S. Administration headed by Donald Trump chose the anniversary of Al Nakba to carry out the unilateral decision announced on December 6, 2017 of moving its embassy to the sacred Jerusalem. That inadmissible provocation of the United States boycotts any vestige that might remain of the battered peace process regarding the erroneously called Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which is not and has never been a conflict between two parts that may be considered equal, but a permanent war of aggression, geographical usurpation, demographic extermination, and indescribable occurrence of crimes, destruction and plundering.
Faced with such maintained barbarism, the Executive Secretariat of OSPAAAL underlines its strongest censure and, at the same time, expresses once more the militant solidarity and unrestricted support to the just demand of the Palestinian people of the right to the return of the refugees, the end of the occupation and the legitimate right to the creation of the independent Palestinian State within the borders prior to 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
After seven decades of holocaust of the Palestinian people caused by the Zionist state of Israel, OSPAAAL raises one and only tricontinental voice to demand:
NO MORE GENOCIDE!
INDEPENDENT PALESTINIAN STATE NOW!
THE HEROIC SACRIFICE OF AN ENTIRE PEOPLE, ITS PERSEVERANCE AND DIGNITY SHALL OVERCOME!
