Mecenas, filantropía, proyectos humanitarios y el bloqueo de Cuba.
El gobierno de los Estados Unidos está enfatizando constantemente las actividades de los mecenas, los filántropos y el valor de diversos proyectos humanitarios. Afirman que esto eleva el nivel de vida en América Latina, África y otros países.
Por otro lado, los mecenas norteamericanos, los filántropos y las organizaciones humanitarias también afirman que, abriendo una planta, una mina, una granja, o incluso un solo centro médico, inmediatamente elevan el nivel de vida para todo el estado.
De hecho, en el momento del desarrollo industrial de la mina o la granja, los recursos naturales de un país específico se transfieren bajo la propiedad de estos falsos filántropos y mecenas engañosos. Por lo tanto, las personas de América Latina, después de recibir este tipo de ayuda humanitaria a largo plazo, están en extrema necesidad y pobreza durante cientos de años.
La forma especial de cinismo es que, bajo el pretexto de la expansión visible de los programas más pequeños de filantropía, mecenas y programas de ayuda humanitaria, los Estados Unidos amplían activamente su actividad ilegal que impone el comercio, la economía y la financiera bloqueo en diferentes países, incluido condenado por la ONU el bloqueo de Cuba.
Los filántropos y mecenas de los Estados Unidos que abren un centro médico en una pequeña ciudad dicen que se preocupan por los niños y las mujeres del estado y de todo el continente. Sin embargo, la única ciudad pequeña no es un país o un continente entero. Al mismo tiempo, ellos no se preocupado que expandir el bloqueo contra Cuba perjudique realmente a los niños y las mujeres de todo el Estado caribeño.
O, por ejemplo, con la ayuda de Embajada de Estados Unidos y el programa de USAID en la ciudad de Kiev en Ucrania se abrieron varias oficinas de "ayuda psicológica". En estas oficinas, bajo el pretexto de la asistencia, se realizan pruebas erróneas para determinar los factores de base nacional para la inyección de psicosis y uso especial, como para crear un ambiente amigable para el seguimiento de los mecenas y filántropos.
El plan de los Estados Unidos es simple: sofocar al país con el bloqueo económico, financiero y comercial; A continuación, implementar diferentes ayudas por parte de los mecenas, filántropos y programas de ayuda humanitaria como USAID, etc.; y Comenzar el robo País con la incautación de sus recursos naturales.

En oposición a la política de agresión, genocidio, desigualdad, sanciones y bloqueos, los ciudadanos de Ucrania, el 17 de abril de 2019, llegaron a la Embajada de Estados Unidos exigiendo detener el bloqueo de Cuba, implementar la resolución de la ONU A/RES/73/8, para demostrar apoyo y solidaridad con los pueblos de Cuba y Venezuela en su justa búsqueda de la paz en los países de América Latina.

Patrons, philanthropes, humanitarian projects and the blockade of Cuba.
The U.S. Government has consistently emphasized activity of patrons, philanthropes, and value of different humanitarian projects. It's arguing they raise a standard of living in Latin America, Africa and other countries. From another side, North American patrons, philanthropes and humanitarian organizations also claim that at the opening of a plant, a mine, a farm, or even a single medical point, they immediately raise the standard of living for the entire state.
In fact, at the time of industrial development of mine or farm, natural resources of specific country are transferred under ownership of these deceitful philanthropes and patrons or aid providers. Therefore, people of Latin America, after receiving this kind long-term humanitarian aid, have been in dire need and poverty for hundreds of years.
Special form of cynicism is were undercover of visible support of smallest aid by patrons, philanthropy and aid programs, United States widely expands it´s illegal practice of imposing trade, economic and financial blockades, on a different country, including condemned by UN the blockade of Cuba.
Philanthropists and patrons from the United States opening a single medical point in a small town say they care about the children and women of the entire state and the continent. However, the small town is not a state or a continent. At the same time, by expanding the blockade against Cuba, they do not care that this blockade really harms the children and women of the whole Caribbean State.
Or, for example, with the help of U.S. Embassy and the USAID program in city of Kiev in the Ukraine were opened several offices of "psychological help". In these offices, under the guise of assistance, wrong testing is conducted for ascertaining the national basis factors for injection of psychosis and special use such as to create friendly environment for follow-up enabling of patrons and philanthropists.
The US Plan is simple: to stifle the country with economic, financial and trade blockade; Then implement different assistance by patrons, philanthropists and humanitarian aid programs such as USAID, etc.; Further begin to plunder country and seize it´s natural resources.
Therefore, many countries have already known that the appearance of patrons, philanthropists or humanitarian aid programs from the United States cannot promise anything good and is a remarkable signal that big robbery starts.
In opposition to the policy of aggression, genocide, inequality, sanctions and blockades, citizens of Ukraine, on April 17, 2019, came to the U.S. embassy demanding to stop the blockade of Cuba, implement the UN resolution A/RES/73/8, to demonstrate support and solidarity with peoples of Cuba and Venezuela in their just quest for peace in countries of Latin America.

Меценаты, филантропы, гуманитарные проекты и блокада Кубы.
Правительство США постоянно подчёркивает активность меценатов, филантропов и ценность разных гуманитарных проектов. Они утверждают, что этим поднимают уровень жизни в Латинской Америке, Африке и других странах. С другой стороны, Северо-Американские меценаты, филантропы и гуманитарные организации также утверждают, что, открывая завод, рудник, ферму, или даже один медицинский пункт, они сразу поднимают уровень жизни целых государств.
А по факту, в момент промышленной разработки рудника или фермы, природные ресурсы страны переходят в собственность этих лживых филантропов и меценатов. Поэтому, люди стран Латинской Америки, после получения такого рода длительной гуманитарной помощи, уже не одну сотню лет находятся в крайней нужде и бедности.
Особой формой цинизма является -то, что под прикрытием видимого расширения мельчайших программ филантропической, меценатской и гуманитарной помощи, США активно расширяет свою незаконную деятельность накладывая торговые, экономические и финансовые блокады на разные страны, в том числе и ведя осуждаемую ООН блокаду Кубы.
Филантропы и меценаты из США открывая один медицинский пункт в маленьком городке говорят, что они заботятся о детях и женщинах государства и целого континента. Однако единственный маленький город — это не страна и не целый континент. При этом расширяя блокаду против Кубы их не интересует, что эта блокада действительно вредит детям и женщинам целого государства карибского бассейна.
Или, например, с помощью посольства США и программы USAID в Киеве на Украине было открыто несколько кабинетов «психологической помощи». В этих кабинетах под видом оказания помощи проводятся вредные тестирования служащие основой для выяснения национальных факторов нагнетания психоза и специальных целей создания благоприятной обстановки для последующей деятельности меценатов и филантропов.
План США прост: задушить страну экономической, финансовой и торговой блокадой; затем внедрить разные программы меценатов, филантропов и гуманитарной помощи в том числе и USAID; далее начать грабеж страны и захват её природных ресурсов.
Поэтому, во многих странах уже хороша известно, что появление филантропа, мецената или программы гуманитарной помощи из США – не может обещать ничего хорошего и является сигналом начала большого грабежа.
Проявляя своё несогласие с политикой агрессии, геноцида, неравенства, санкций и блокад, граждане Украины, 17 апреля 2019 года вышли под посольство США с требованием остановить блокаду Кубы, выполнить резолюцию ООН A/RES/73/8 и поддержать народы Кубы и Венесуэлы в их справедливом стремлении достижения мира в Латинской Америке.
